A new 18-story building consisting of 132 market-rate and affordable rental apartments consisting of one and two-bedroom units. The new building will be a reinforced concrete structure standing approximately 187 feet tall and spanning approximately 130,000 GSF. The façade is primarily metal panels along the north, and east elevations. The building envelope consists of windows and aluminum storefront. The building program includes a cellar level with tenant storage area and a bicycle storage room and additional amenity space on the 17th floor. The ground floor has one retail space.
