A development of the Giorgio Armani retail flagship store and 11 private residences on the northwest corner of Madison Avenue and East 65th Street. The work includes the demolition of three existing commercial buildings, including the preservation of Landmark Façade elements. The new façade elements feature hand-set limestone, oversized tilt and turn windows and a series of set-back terraces. The budding sub-cellar programming contains
space allocated for Armani Retail, building mechanical services, residential support space, and back of house kitchen. The ground floor retail program contains space allocated for Armani Retail (which extends to the third floor) and Armani Ristorante. The residential amenities include spaces oriented toward health, wellness and fitness. The project is anticipated to achieve LEED Gold Certification.
